Our new Mission Statement:  Hancock County Schools Food Service is dedicated to fueling the minds and filling the hearts of every student in a loving, safe environment one healthy meal at a time.

Taste-Testing at SHES:

We tried out a new calzone on January 28th at South Hancock Elementary. The students loved them! These S.T.A.R.S shine!

We are proudly serving after school meals at Hancock County Middle School, South Hancock Elementary and North Hancock Elementary through the CACFP Program. The elementary schools serve meals daily, but currently HCMS is only serving on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any child 18 and under may receive a free meal at any of these locations on serving days. CACFPThrough CACFP, we are also able to serve snacks to our preschool and Head Start students at our elementary schools daily. (See menus below.)

Open a My School Bucks account to track your child's balance and daily meal/a la carte selections. You can even add money to each account. The small processing fee pays for itself when you put money into the account in $25 increments.
