Always start with a warm-­-up:

• Jog in place for one minute.

Dance to your favorite song.  The music can be accessed on YouTube. 

• Cha Cha Slide
• Cupid Shuffle

Dynamic Movement:
 

• Picking Apples: x 6
• Neck rolls:  x 3 right and left
• Arm Rotations: x 5 (forward and backward)
• Trunk Twist: (left then right) x 5
• Crossovers: (midline - oppsite hand to knee) x 6
• Front Kicks: x 3 each leg (grades: 3-5)
• Side Kicks: x 3 each leg (grades: 3-5)
• Calf Raises: x 5 (up then down)

Cool Down:  Slowly walk in place for two minutes.

*Repeat this two times a day.
