Check with your parents on which activities are best for you.
Always start with a warm--up:
- Jog in place for one minute.
Dance to your favorite song. The music can be accessed on YouTube.
- Cha Cha Slide
- Cupid Shuffle
Dynamic Movement:
- Picking Apples: x 6
- Neck rolls: x 3 right and left
- Arm Rotations: x 5 (forward and backward)
- Trunk Twist: (left then right) x 5
- Crossovers: (midline - oppsite hand to knee) x 6
- Front Kicks: x 3 each leg (grades: 3-5)
- Side Kicks: x 3 each leg (grades: 3-5)
- Calf Raises: x 5 (up then down)
Cool Down: Slowly walk in place for two minutes.
*Repeat this two times a day.
