The Butterfly Effect Award
Congratulations November's Butterfly Effect Award Winner!
Wes Meserve
"Mr. Meserve is truly someone who impacts the lives of those around him. As a teacher, he helps students to succeed and supports the staff with whom he works closely. He is someone who students will seek out when they are struggling, even if they are not students in his classes or athletes on his teams. The students know that he cares, and that he will make sure they get the help that they need with their situation. He has even helped students who have graduated to find employment.
As a coach, he has built successful track and cross country teams by investing in the athletes. Coaching, for him, is about building character and helping athletes to find their inner strength, push themselves, and grow (as athletes and as people).
Mr. Meserve makes a difference in so many lives inside the classroom and out."--Anonymous
