I'm a lifelong Hancock County native who currently lives in Hancock County with my wife, Hadley, and three children, Emmitt, Ella, and Elias. I graduated from Hancock County High School in 2002. After graduating from HCHS, I enrolled at Kentucky Wesleyan College and earned a Bachelors of Art degree in Sociology. While attending KWC, I participated as an intern at the Green River Area Development District (GRADD) and upon graduation was hired as a Community Development Planner and promoted to Public Adminstration Specialist. After 2 years at GRADD, I enrolled at Western Kentucky University's Masters program for learning and behavior disorders and began working at Hancock County High School in the special education department. In 2010 I was hired as a special education teacher at HCHS and currently work with our English department as a co-teacher for grades 9-12 English courses. I was hired as the head cross country coach in 2009 and head track & field coach in 2013. I'm currently enrolled at Murray State University to complete my Rank 1 certification.
